PayLater Europe was founded by Sinan Polat, an economist who has served as Chief Financial Officer of an international group active in logistics and insurance, with board and group leadership responsibilities. The company is registered in Paris, developed in Sophia Antipolis and part of Atlas Sovereign Group.

Founding partners pay 0% commission until 31 March 2027 and keep 100% of each booking. Only payment processing fees apply, at most 1.5–2% depending on payment method, currency and volume. There is no set-up fee.
