For independent hotels
A booking channel for independent hotels on the Côte d'Azur.
Release the rooms you choose, on the dates you choose, to selected guests. You keep control of prices and conditions; we build your page and bring the demand.
In development. Founding partners join from November 2026; first launch planned for January 2027.
Is the pilot right for your hotel?
Who can join
Independent and boutique hotels, guesthouses and professionally registered serviced apartments in the Alpes-Maritimes: Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Valbonne, Grasse and surrounding towns.
Suitable inventory
Rooms on quieter dates, mid-week nights, off-season weeks or short packages. Start with 1 to 5 rooms.
What you control
Price, dates, minimum stay, inclusions and cancellation terms. There is no exclusivity and no set-up fee.
From first email to live page in five steps.
Express interest
Send your property name, town, website and a work contact. We only ask what we need to qualify the enquiry.
Review fit
We confirm eligibility, preferred dates, room types and an operational contact.
Agree scope
You receive the fees, booking and payment roles, cancellation and refund responsibilities and pilot conditions in writing. Interest is not a contract.
Build and approve
We prepare your page from approved photos, descriptions and prices. Nothing is published without your explicit approval.
Activate and support
Your page goes live only once the agreement and payment set-up are in place. We test confirmations, changes and refunds with you.

Hotel partner FAQ
When am I paid?
The intended schedule is a payout after the guest's stay has started. The exact timing is set out in your pilot agreement.
What happens after 31 March 2027?
We will communicate the standard commission before the founding period ends. If you do not accept it, you can leave the pilot without penalty.
Who handles cancellations and refunds?
Cancellations follow the terms you set for each offer. Refunds are processed through the payment provider according to those terms.
What if I withdraw rooms?
You can withdraw future, unsold availability at any time. Bookings already confirmed remain valid and must be honoured.
Who invoices the guest and handles tourist tax?
Invoicing, VAT and tourist-tax responsibilities are set out clearly in the pilot agreement before you sign.
How do I leave the pilot?
By written notice at any time. Confirmed bookings are honoured, then your page is removed.
