Investment overview
A focused start, built to replicate across Europe.
PayLater Europe is raising a seed round of €500,000 to €1,000,000 to launch its curated booking channel on the Côte d'Azur and prove a model designed to be repeated destination by destination.
The problem
Independent hotels and wellness businesses lose revenue on every unsold night and empty appointment slot, while depending on large channels with high commissions and public discounting.
Initial segment
Independent hotels, guesthouses, beauty institutes and spas in the Alpes-Maritimes, starting with Cannes, Antibes and Valbonne.
The model
A curated marketplace. After a 0% founding period ending 31 March 2027, the platform earns a commission on completed bookings. Flexible payment is a later option, only through authorised partners.
Why one cluster first
Density of partners and travellers in one destination makes in-person onboarding, quality control and fast learning possible, and produces a playbook for the next destination.
