Agree scope
You receive the fees, payment roles, cancellation and refund responsibilities and pilot conditions in writing. Interest is not a contract.
Build and approve
We prepare your page from approved photos, descriptions and prices. Nothing is published without your approval.
Activate and support
Your page goes live once the agreement and payment set-up are in place, with a test of bookings, changes and refunds.
What you pay, and what you receive.
0% platform commission until 31 March 2027. Payment processing fees are charged by our regulated payment provider and deducted from each payout. The exact rate is stated in your agreement before you sign.

Wellness partner FAQ
When am I paid?
The intended schedule is a payout after the appointment has taken place. The exact timing is set out in your pilot agreement.
What happens after 31 March 2027?
We will communicate the standard commission before the founding period ends. If you do not accept it, you can leave without penalty.
What about no-shows?
Your cancellation and no-show terms are shown to the client before booking and applied through the payment provider.
Can I change my availability?
Yes. You can withdraw future, unsold slots at any time. Confirmed appointments remain valid.
How do I leave the pilot?
By written notice at any time. Confirmed appointments are honoured, then your page is removed.
